Whoops! Live is an independent, fan-made web utility inspired by classic party guessing games. All themes, pop culture references, and trademarked names (such as Marvel, Disney, Pokémon, DC Comics, etc.) belong to their respective copyright owners and are used strictly under fair use for trivia and educational/entertainment purposes.
The application is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. The developer shall not be held liable for any technical bugs, connectivity issues, or temporary unavailability.
Video/Audio: Camera and microphone streams travel directly between players (peer-to-peer WebRTC) whenever possible and are never recorded or stored by the publisher.
Account data: Creating a room requires an account (email/password). This is used solely to identify the host and manage the optional VIP pass â never sold or shared with third parties.
Local Storage: Display name, game settings and preferences (language, vibe, sound, vibration) are stored locally on your device via your browser's Local Storage.
Whoops! Live's free formula lets you play with up to 4 players. The optional VIP pass unlocks more players, more themes, and more vibes, and works across both Whoops! and Whoops! Live with the same account.
Donation/Purchase Terms: Donations and VIP purchases are non-refundable except where required by law, and do not transfer any intellectual property right.
All financial transactions are processed securely on PayPal's external platform. The publisher never accesses or stores your banking or payment credentials.
